　　2019年1月27日上午9點，海南省第六屆人民代表大會第二次會議在海南省人大會堂開幕，海南省委書記、省人大常委會主任劉賜貴主持會議，海南省省長沈曉明作政府工作報告。來自全省19個市縣的375名海南省人大代表肩負著人民的重托出席此次會議，認真履行憲法和法律賦予的職責。

　　據(jù)了解，開幕會有三項議程：聽取政府工作報告、審查計劃報告、審查預算報告。

The second session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress commenced, Governor Shen delivered the Government Work Report

On January 27, the second session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress commenced at the Hainan Provincial Great Hall of the People. Mr. Liu Cigui, Secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress, chaired the session, Governor Shen Xiaoming of Hainan Province delivered the Government Work Report. The 375 Hainan NPC deputies from 19 cities and counties attended the session.

There would be three agenda: hearing the Government Work Report, reviewing the Plan Report, reviewing the Pre-budget Report.
